Original shipping fees are not refundable. This policy is only for items purchased through diamondbackfirearms.myshopify.com, or via our Customer Service Department. This Return and Exchange Policy specifically excludes Diamondback Firearms.

Lost Items
Diamondback is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to open a case. Furthermore, Diamondback will not be held responsible for package theft after delivery. Please contact your local law enforcement or carrier to resolve package theft issues.

To Return or Exchange:
You can ship your merchandise via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other service providing insurance and tracking. Be sure to retain your tracking information as DIAMONDBACKFIREARMS.MYSHOPIFY.com cannot be held liable for lost items.
