Thank you for your purchase. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your experience. If for any reason, you would like to return your item(s), we will gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise, or exchange your item(s), within 90 days of the purchase date. Original shipping fees are not refundable. This policy is only for items purchased through, or via our Customer Service Department. This Return and Exchange Policy specifically excludes Diamondback Firearms.

Lost Items

Diamondback is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to open a case. Furthermore, Diamondback will not be held responsible for package theft after delivery. Please contact your local law enforcement or carrier to resolve package theft issues.

To Return / Exchange

You can ship your merchandise via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other service providing insurance and tracking. Be sure to retain your tracking information as cannot be held liable for lost items.
