Diamondback Firearms LLC Shipping Instructions

Please follow the shipping instructions outlined below. This will prevent possible shipping and processing delays of your firearm or firearm part for repair.

Step 1: Preparing Your Firearm or Part for Shipment

  • For safety, ensure the firearm is not loaded
    • Do not ship live ammunition
  • Include your lock and key or combination
  • Remove aftermarket parts such as slings, grip covers, etc
  • For best results, include your magazine(s) for inspection and test firing
    • Pistols: Diamondback Firearms, LLC does not warranty issues resulting from the use of aftermarket magazines
  • Notate your serial number as you will be asked to reference it during repair inquiries

Step 2: Packaging Your Firearm or Part for Shipment

  • All firearms must be packaged securely in a cardboard shipping box free of images or words that may reveal the current or previous contents of the box
    • Tip: Diamondback cardboard cases can be turned inside out and used as shipping boxes
  • Diamondback Firearms, LLC will not provide shipping materials
    • Shipping materials can be obtained at the appropriate carrier’s shipping hub, Walmart, or local dollar store
  • Diamondback Firearms, LLC is not responsible for firearms or any parts damaged in transit
  • The shipping label should be placed in a conspicuous location on the box
    • The shipping label should be address to the attention of the “DBF Service Dept.” Please do not use “Firearm” on label, address to “DBF”
  • Include the completed Warranty Repair Sheet provided and a copy of your FFL if applicable. To begin the warranty process click here.

Step 2: Packaging Your Firearm or Part for Shipment

  • Bring your return package the appropriate carrier’s drop off facility or make arrangements with that carrier for a pickup from your location
