PRIVACY

Diamondback Firearms, LLC does not voluntarily share, sell or reveal customer information. This information is for our records only. By creating an account or using this site you are granting us access to this information. We will periodically send an e-mail to our customers advising them of new products. Your e-mail address, street address, telephone number and purchase information will be kept strictly confidential. Prices Listed are M.S.R.P. and are a guide to the price you may expect to be charged locally for those products. Products may vary from those depicted, and Diamondback Firearms, LLC reserve the right to modify, change or discontinue product, pricing or features at any time without prior notice.

Diamondback Firearms, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any order(s) at any time. Diamondback Firearms LLC does not need to list any reasons when cancelling and/or refunding.

PURCHASING/CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, modifying, transferring, possessing, transporting or using a firearm in the locality in which the customer resides.

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and limitations related to the purchase of magazines in the locality in which the customer resides.

Lost Items
Diamondback is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to open a case. Furthermore, Diamondback will not be held responsible for package theft after delivery. Please contact your local law enforcement or carrier to resolve package theft issues.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed with Diamondback Firearms must be cancelled by the customer prior to the item having shipped.
All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at 877-997-6774, Monday through Friday, 8am – 4:30pm EST or through email @ info@diamondbackfirearms.com
You MUST provide the order # when contacting Customer Service via phone or email.
If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns.
Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense.
Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.

PRODUCT PRICE POLICY

Diamondback Firearms regularly runs Web Store sales and will honor any price adjustment requests for orders placed within 24 hours of any change in price to a Web Store product. Price adjustment requests must be sent to our Customer Service team (info@diamondbackfirearms.com) within 24 hours of the price change and is only applicable on orders placed 24 hours prior to the change in price.

RETURN POLICIES

1. Stripped Lower, Complete Lower, and any complete Rifles/Pistols

All sales of Serialized parts are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED.
Once a firearm is transferred to a customer’s name, Diamondback Firearms will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance.
If a defect is discovered by the customer after shipment and transfer of ownership, the customer must contact customer service directly for replacement or repair.

If a product is shipped to an FFL dealer for transfer, and dealer is unable to complete the transfer to the customer, the customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 25% of the product sales price as determined by the discretion of Diamondback Firearms.

2.  All Other Purchases:

Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund or replacement, the customer may return the item(s) to Diamondback Firearms WITHIN 90 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

REMINDER: ALL SALES OF SERIALIZED PARTS ARE FINAL, AND RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Diamondback Firearms and must be returned in original packaging.
The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 25% of the product sales price as determined by the discretion of Diamondback Firearms.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Due to the high seasonal/holiday order volume, shipping times will vary during the holidays.
Non-holiday shipping is typically 5 days for your order to ship.

Starting June 1st, 2021 all orders over $250.00 will be sent signature required. Please make sure that you or somebody you trust is available to accept your delivery when it arrives.

*NOTE- Upper Assemblies, rail assemblies, part kits and Lower serialized parts are subject to a longer handling time.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.

WEBSITE TERMS:

We do our best to accurately describe the items we sell, but errors do occur.

Diamondback Firearms reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings. In the event of inaccuracies in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. Photos are provided for general identification purposes only and may show optional or additional pieces for illustration purposes. Please refer to the product description for details.

Diamondback Firearms is not responsible for website performance in any particular browser or the inability for a user to use the website due to, but not limited to, internet connection issues, outages, coding issues, or compatibility.

LOWER SHIPMENTS:

***MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE***

WE SHIP ONLY TO VALID FFL DEALERS.
PLEASE NOTE: LOWERS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO A P.O. BOX.

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding lower transfers.
Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of lowers.
Contact your local FFL before ordering a lower to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer.
The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned lowers due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a stripped lower receiver or complete lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

1. A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.

2.  21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL. Exceptions- Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase lowers across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.

Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout.  Once you have placed your order please have the FFL Dealer forwarded a copy of their FFL license to Orders@diamondbackfirearms.com. We must receive a copy of the FFL License in order to ship your product. If we do not receive your FFL within 24 hours your order will be cancelled. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Diamondback Firearms. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

RESTRICTIONS BY STATE 

California – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), delayed transfers, state safety certificate to purchase, monthly transfer limits, firearms “roster”, state transfer & import restrictions, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL, 10-day waiting period for all firearm transfers, registration, back-ground checks and limits for all ammunition purchases. No complete AR receivers. No off-roster handguns will be shipped.

Colorado – Magazine capacity (15 rounds), assault weapon ban or “delay” limitations, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL, 3-day mandatory waiting period effective October 1, 2023 for all firearm transfers.

Boulder County

Connecticut – Permit to purchase (Certificate of Eligibility), magazine capacity (10 rounds), assault weapon ban or limitations, handgun registration (no roster), Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL. No stripped or complete receivers will be shipped.  No complete AR receivers. No AR parts. 

Delaware – Magazine capacity (17 rounds, CCW permit holders exempt), assault weapon ban or limitations, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL. No variants of AR15, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware

District of Columbia (Washington DC) – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), assault weapon ban or limitations, permit to purchase, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL, 10-day waiting period all firearms. No complete AR receivers. No off-roster handguns will be shipped.

Florida – Age restrictions, 3-day or 5-day delayed transfers excluding weekends and legal holidays, expires upon the completion of the records checks, whichever occurs later, waived for holders of a Florida Concealed Weapon license.

Hawaii – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), assault weapon ban, firearm registration required, permit to purchase, 14-day waiting period on all firearms. Melting point restrictions.

Illinois – Assault Weapon Ban, State Permit to purchase (FOID), delayed transfers, contiguous state purchase restrictions, 72-hour waiting period all firearms. Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL, 10 round magazine limit – long guns, 15 round magazine limit – handguns. Melting point restrictions. 

These restrictions apply to the entire state of Illinois.

Maryland – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), assault weapons limitations, permit to purchase, handgun registration, handgun Private Party Transfers, 7-day waiting period for handguns. No complete AR lower receivers. No off-roster handguns will be shipped.

Massachusetts – Firearms ID Card required (FID), magazine capacity (10 rounds), assault weapon ban or limitations. No complete or stripped AR receivers. No complete or stripped upper receivers. No off-roster handguns will be shipped.

Michigan – Private Party Transfers, Permit to purchase, effective date early 2024.

Minnesota – Permit to purchase or CCP for assault weapon limitations, Private Party Transfers for semi-auto pistols and assault weapons (effective August 1,2023), 30-day waiting period (Effective August 1, 2023), handguns and assault weapon purchases from dealers unless waived by CLEO. Melting point restrictions.

New Jersey – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), permit to purchase, assault weapon ban or limitations, handgun registration, 7-day waiting period for handguns. No complete AR receivers. 

New York – Non-“assault weapon” long guns: no registration required. Handguns and semi-automatic rifles require a permit, permits are issued by County or State Supreme Court judges/justices outside of New York City, Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, with a background check, magazine capacity (10 rounds), stockless pistol grip and shockwave-type firearms restricted, assault weapon ban or limitations, handgun registration, age restrictions, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL. Melting point restrictions.

North Carolina – Handgun Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL.

Oregon– Permit to purchase required for all firearms *pending, contiguous state transfers only, state transfer & import restrictions, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL, magazine capacity (10 rounds) *pending.

Pennsylvania – Handgun Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL

Rhode Island – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), delayed transfer, 7-day waiting period on all firearms, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL

Virginia – Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL

Vermont – 21 years old to purchase all firearms, magazine capacity (10 rounds for long guns; 15 rounds for handguns), Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL

Washington – Magazine capacity (10 rounds), firearm registration, 10-day waiting period for ALL firearms, assault weapon (semi-automatic) ban or limitations on handguns and long guns, 21 years old to purchase semi-auto rifle, safety course certification for ALL buyers/transferees, “Approval” required from State Patrol SAFE program, Private Party Transfers must be conducted through an FFL.

o HB 1240 prohibits the manufacture, importation, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of any assault weapon. The legislation defines assault weapons through a list of specific firearms and a list of attributes, echoing definitions in other states.

Exceptions:

  • L.E.O.’s must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department’s superior officer stating that the lower will be used in the execution of the L.E.O.’s duties. Diamondback Firearms only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.s.
  • Not all of the states listed may have L.E.O. exemptions. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
  • Diamondback Firearms does NOT ship directly to L.E.Os; the order must go to an FFL. Diamondback Firearms does NOT make exceptions for this policy.
